Jenkins 1.514 on Centos. Deployed as a WAR file. At some point in the recent past, I'm not sure when, all non-CloudBees plugins disappeared from the plugin manager's "Available" page. The non-CloudBees plugins I had previously installed are still listed on the "Installed" page, but not on the "Updates" page.
