Restarting and regenerating doesn't help, so I just deleted the cache of that page for now.
I'll have to come back to this when the next periodical cache regeneration runs. Maybe a cache update after an edit is making it likely to see this error. If so, we might be able to work around the issue by retrying cache generation until it gets one that works.
