Ok.  I'm looking at the info from the config page->System Info and the path
doesn't show
/usr/atria/bin.  I added that to the path in the init script but it doesn't
seem to get added to
jenkins when I restart the service.

The cleartool path is set as part of the config
The path variable only shows
/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin
