This seems to be a bug in the perforce SCM plugin when specifying -Dhudson.slaves.WorkspaceList=_
I took this option out of my jenkins invocation and magically clienspec creation that is unique to the workspace started happening again. Here is an example of it working: Started by user anonymous <http://l-sim-25-011.nvidia.com:8080/user/null> [EnvInject] - Loading node environment variables. Building in workspace /home/jenkins/jobs/foo-sanity/workspace@3 Using master perforce client: abarber-foo-sanity_3 [workspace@3] $ p4 workspace -o abarber-foo-sanity_3 It seems that the p4 code might be keying off of "@" in the workspace name instead of using the value of hudson.slaves.WorkspaceList On Saturday, September 7, 2013 5:29:15 PM UTC-4, Andrew Barber wrote: > > I have been having problems with jenkins reusing the same client spec in > different workspaces for the same job.
