Scenerio:
There are 8 unit testing jobs.
Integration test job is large and intensive
Thus: Want to only run the integration test job
- Periodically (every 15 minutes)
- If all the Unit Tests are Blue (Success)
- If one of the Unit Tests have recently run

Integration Test Job Setup:
- ANDing the 8 jobs with the status being Success
- Set the cron time to H/15 * * * *
Issue: Only runs if all 8 builds have ran within 15 minute window. Want
Integration Test Job to run if 1 or more Unit Test jobs ran in the 15
minute window successfully.
