I manage several Jenkins masters, and access them via API; I would like to set the API token for a particular user to a known value (specifically, I want the user to have the same token across all Jenkins masters).
Updating users/<username>/config.xml doesn't seem to do this reliably; I'm assuming they're encrypted with different keys on the various instances.
