Thank you!

This is way too easy... I was expecting much more complex steps...

Only I got:
Cannot find git.exe on my local computer (all paths)

My git server is remote, how can I configure it to talk with remote git server?

Thanks,

Lily

type "git" into the find box
select the checkbox for the git plugin
Click "Install without restart"
Sit back, light your pipe, and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.

Hi Everyone,

I am very new with Jenkins.
I installed Jenkins, wants to use GIT as my SCM.
It seems I need to install GIT plug-in for Jenkins,

I couldn't find an easy to follow manual on how to install GIT plug-in.

Can you give me a hint?

Thanks,

Lily
