Just tried it and keep on receiving:
FAILED - Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: 
http://*******/job/******//config.xml 

this is happening on all the jobs i'm trying to import.

Any ideas?  I don't think I could create an anonymous account (like some 
have done) and give it admin access..
