I would expect several problems related to file locking on Windows. I can't
predict the details, but I suspect that most multi Jenkins environments run
Linux rather than Windows.

I would expect a few problems when attempting to upgrade such a
configuration, since the Windows installer does not directly support multi
Jenkins on a single machine.

Is it really worth the likely problems to do this on one machine rather
than multiple machines?
