I stumbled across this trigger recently, https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Startup+Trigger, and it would be perfect for a scenario I have but it just needs a minor enhancement. I've done everything I can think of to contact the maintainers of the Plugin including raising this issue: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-22422, but have had no response.
What do I do in this scenario? I am considering trying to contribute to this myself, but I don't know where to start (also not convinced I will be able to do it).
