Same problem here for jobs using Multiple SCMs plugin<http://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Multiple+SCMs+Plugin>(0.3) *and *GIT plugin <http://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Git+Plugin>(2.2.1). Jobs using only the GIT plugin work well.
