I upgraded to the latest version of Jenkins as well as updated all of the plug ins. Since doing so, I'm having several jobs which normally complete correctly fail. They are failing with the following message: "Warning: this build has no associated authentication, so build permissions may be lacking, and downstream projects which cannot even be seen by an anonymous user will be silently skipped"
