Building msysgit is outside the realm of the jenkins-users mailing list. You might consider configuring JGit as an addition git implementation from your Jenkins global configuration page, to see if using the Java implementation will work for your use case. JGit does not work for all use cases, but if it works for yours, then you can wait for the normal msysgit release cycle to deliver the final fix.
