In that case it would be helpful if you verify that it works in jobs without spaces in their names, doesn't work in jobs with spaces in their names, and if so, added that information to the Jira issue.
Note that if that's the problem, as a workaround you can rename the job to not have spaces in its name, and in Advanced Project Options, set a display name.
