I to am experiencing the same thing.  I cannot get jenkins to properly 
communicate with the hypervisor.  Currently I'm stuck at:
"
org.libvirt.LibvirtException: internal error unexpected Xen URI path 
'/system', try xen:///
"

ssh is working properly...   it just doesnt seem to run correct.  I am 
suspecting some loss of functionality going from XCP to Xenserver 6.2.
