Hi everyone,

After the creation of a job, how can I make the job name read-only for all users ?

I need this, in order to break the link between the job and our database that use our jenkins resource.

Even if you could do this in Jenkins it would be pointless. Anyone with access to job configuration has access to the machine Jenkins is on - i.e. one could create a job that changes a directory of Jenkins job and Jenkins job name is connected to the directory name.

Regards,
Nux.
