Why don't you open a command prompt at the same location as your Jenkins job workspace and execute:
F:\Laptop Backup\OpenSource\sonarInstallation\sonar-runner-2.4\bin\sonar-runner.bat" SonarRunner_01 -Dsonar.jdbc.driver=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver "-Dsonar.jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/sonar?autoReconnect=true&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8" *<jdbcpassword>* -Dsonar.host.url=http://localhost:9000 -Dsonar.projectBaseDir=C:\Users\user\.jenkins\workspace\Try1 "-Dproject.settings=F:/Laptop Backup/OpenSource/sonarInstallation/sonar-runner-2.4/sonar-project.properties" *-e* The look at the output to try and determine why it is failing.
