That's not how slaves work. You configure them globally (e.g. manually launched, or via SSH, ...), including the labels the slave has.
You assign jobs to them based on project label expressions. These are boolean expressions, and Jenkins chooses one of the nodes (slaves and master) whose labels satisfy the project label expression.
