You probably need to install the MSBuild Plugin
<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/MSBuild+Plugin>. Check
Manage Jenkins>Manage Plugins>Installed to see whether it's installed,
use the Available tab to install it if needed.
