Off the top of my head and something I suffered sometime ago: You might require to configure your Browser profile: http://docs.seleniumhq.org/docs/05_selenium_rc.jsp#specifying-the-firefox-profile On the other hand you might require to run your Jenkins slaves interactively, have you tried the JNLP connection yet?
