I think this will work. You would have 2 slave processes running. Another way 
might be to use “Use custom workspace” under “Advanced Project Options”

I have a situation here

I have 2 different set of jobs, each set needs a different Remote FS root. I 
don't think there is variable to set Remote fs root. So, I was thinking to 
setup 2 nodes on same server, is it possible ?

eg: server name lnx1
node 1  : lnx1_local_drive with remote fs root as /tmp/workspace
node 2  : lnx1_mount_drive with remote fs root as /mount_point/workspace
