Even though it hasn't been released officially yet (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/jenkinsci-dev/CLAIM|sort:date/jenkinsci-dev/bMXeWrOyEN4/25lYZ9cZCQAJ), but you can use it since it's in the update center and see whether it works for your case, it does extend the claim plugin adding some specific workflow which might help you.
