TL;DR - if you do not speak Bulgarian - skip the message. I am Alexander Shopov. I have started translating Jenkins in Bulgarian - a Southern Slavic language, official in Bulgaria. I have sent my first pull request for that - https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/1913 It comprises of all Messages.properties files. Obviously there is a lot more to do but this is like 650 messages and can be merged. If you speak Bulgarian - can you have a quick look at the pull request so that maintainers can be sure there are no profanities, silly typos and the translation is of a decent quality.
