We use the Docker Plugin (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Docker+Plugin) with Docker Swarm. Since a Swarm Master presents itself just like a normal Docker host, Jenkins doesn't see the difference and and uses it exactly the same.
