Embedding username and password in the URL of an https bitbucket repository has been problematic for the git plugin. https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-28460 and https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-22694 both report issues with that form.
You will probably have better results if you use the form " https://bitbucket.org/scm/camps/xxx.git"; and then define a username and password credential in Jenkins.
