I believe https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Metrics+Plugin is
described as gathering metrics on the operations of the Jenkins master and
the agents attached to it.  I don't see anything on that page which
indicates it is gathering results of tests.

You are correct that test times and test results may vary depending on the
agent which executes a test, but I don't see any indication that the
metrics plugin processes individual test results in any way.
