Since upgrading to Jenkins 2.24 (from 1.6 something) the SVN Changes do not 
render properly in the Changes page for a specific build.

This is an example of the current output:

Started by an SCM change
Test Result (no failures)
It looks like whatever is putting the HTML together is treating the SVN 
change as a character string rather than HTML to be rendered.

Have I got something set up wrong or is this a bug in Jenkins?
