Hi Mirko,

I think I've just understood your problem when explaining how you are 
restarting at first time.

I suggested to include .log, because I had a similar situation and the 
reason was reflected in that file.

If I'm not mistaken, if Jenkins is installed as a service, it can't be 
restart with 

*<<Jenkins-URL>>/restart.*An article for reference:
