Must be extremely personable, team orientated and able to hold collaborative meetings. -Project Management experience in application development environments required. Must have demonstrated experience with application teams. -Must be able to take direction and collaboration with technical leads on development plans. -Senior level PM with demonstrated experience working in a highly political and collaborative environment. -Ability to run technical and project meetings and translate into work planning and project schedules. -Ability to decompose upgrade requirements into project plans for upgrade work and testing purposes. -Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills -Remain flexible on changing workloads and priorities. -Be flexible with scheduling changes, framework schedules and discovery changes. Must be flexible and team orientated.
