Hi, I'm the current maintainer of the jclouds plugin.
It normally debends on jclouds-allcompute which should include all official jclouds providers. Since your provider is still in the "labs" category, it is therefore not available. Just add the necessary dependency to https://github.com/jenkinsci/jclouds-plugin/blob/master/jclouds-shaded/pom.xml and create a pull request and it will be included in the next version.
