If you want to see the files (rather than parsed results from files) then you need to fall back to the classic UI to browse the workspace (on the build, workflow steps, find the node containing the bit you want, go to that step, click browse workspace) Workspaces are designed to be ephemeral so may not be available after the step has completed depending ding on your agent setup
