Is there a CLI/scripted way to stop scheduling any new builds on a given node?
Basically, any builds currently running on a given node should continue to run until they are finished -- and no new builds should be started. Think of "retiring" a node, and replacing it with a new one -- but allowing any existing jobs to finish gracefully.
