Hi all,

again and again I encounter problems when running Jenkins as a service.
Therefore, I tried switching off the service, and run "java -jar
c:\Jenkins\jenkisn.war" manually. This seems to setup Jenkins newly, I had
to unlock with an initial password, define a new admin user - and after
logging in as that new admin, I have no jobs anymore, nor any of my
plugins. A bit shocked, I directly stopped the application, restarted the
service - and luckily, everything is still there for my old user. Gosh.
So, how do I correctly "migrate" from running Jenkins as a service to a
manual (or maybe autostart) bat ?

Many thanks,
Heider
