Ok, I figured it out. Basically, if you have a project in Bitbucket called *my-project* and it has multiple repos A, B and C. A and B has data, but C repo was created but has no content at all. Since there is an empty repo C in my-project blueocean just hangs trying to load any repositories in my-project. Either this is a bug in Blueocean or Bitbucket.
