I tried increasing it in the Jenkins settings, but still getting the same
error.
I check the Nexus logs and it says,

"Connection aborted by software in Host Machine. "

So the connection is aborted in the middle of download and reconnects.
Therefore the part which is downloaded already is lost.
I have tried disabling Firewall, but still it happens.
Not sure what keeps aborting the connection.
