Unfortunately, this seems to be considered a feature, not a bug:

   " Starting from some Jenkins release in this year (cannot remember
   exactly, but seems that it first occured in winter/spring 2019), boolean
   parameters title started to display not left-hand side (as it was before),
   but right to boolean check mark. It looks not quite logical, so i doubt
   it's feature and not a bug. It affects both Freestyle and Pipeline
   projects. "

   I commented on that one – but I don’t think, this will lead to a change.

   Here you also see some discussion about it, like e.g. if this specific
   change is a little bit early.



There is no plan given, when the intended change will be completed, or how
it will look by then. Seems they plan “the big thing” with changing the
formatting also in all plugins. So this might take “some” time.
