Check that the plugins you're using are current releases and are not on the list as "incompatible" <https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/blob/master/jep/227/compatibility.adoc> or with known issues. If they are not already known issues, then an issue report is the best thing.
Try password reset of the original account through https://beta.accounts.jenkins.io/ to see if that provides better results. If it does not, then provide the details requested in "How to report an issue" <https://www.jenkins.io/participate/report-issue/> and I'll submit the issue on your behalf.
