I'm not able to start Jenkins as windows service or from the command line. I'm receiving the following error.
Unhandled Exception: System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or asse mbly 'jenkins.exe' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runti me newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
