We are considering to implement a RBS which can add
or modify or delete its existing rules during the
execution.
We appreciate the experts out there can advise:
. can this be done with Jess?
. what approaches can we take?
. what is the implication to the performance of Jess?
can Rete accommodate the dynamic nature of the rules?
