We are about to launch an internal training program to rapidly increase the skill sets of our staff in the areas of OO Analysis and Design, Knowledge Modeling and Development, Java Programming in Distributed environments (to obtain Sun Certification), and Project Management. You may qualify for one or several of the above training programs. We would like to consider you for one of the following positions: Team Lead of Java Development Candidate will lead small team development projects for customers that are deploying multi-tier java based systems. He or she should have 2+ years leading object-oriented development using an OOPL. Experience developing business systems implementing transaction based client/server applications necessary. Experience estimating schedule and cost helpful. Java Server Developer Candidate will be involved in the design and development of java multi-tier applications. Prior development experience in client/server database applications is critical. Use of Java JDBC libraries considered valuable. Prior experience programming with Corba, COM, or DCE also considered valuable. Java User Interface Designer/Developer Candidate should have project experience developing with Java 1.1.x using Swing. Prior experience using graphical development tools will also be considered. Object Oriented Analysis and Design trainer Candidate will be involved with on-site and public teaching of our User-Centered Application Analysis Course, Component Based Design/Development Course and Knowledge Modeling Course.
