This same behavior would hold true for a 'regular' CLIPS application as
well. You might not notice it as much if the engine were built with BLOCK
memory allocation enabled (if the block size were sufficiently high), but
the memory usage would continue to grow. The bright side is, this really
does make things work faster. Having helped develop a few 'serious' ES apps.
I have seen some pretty big memory numbers when you have a lot of facts
and/rule activations to process.
