Did anyone ever developed applications using the ExpertGUI applet, written
by Thomas Reichherzer of the Institute for Machine and Human Cognition at
the University of West Florida (UWF)? The program can be downloaded at
http://www.coginst.uwf.edu/~treichhe/consult/consult.html. It seems a very
good tool to write a rule-based application. However, according to Dr.
Reichherzer, there is a bug in the program. The "Reset" button in the
applet couldn't clear all facts in the memory. He is not sure that the
problem is in his Java codes or Jess 4.2 codes. Currently, he is too busy to
debug the program.
I have an urgent rule-based application to be developed in a short period of
time. I hope to use this program. Can someone help me with this problem or
tell me if there is another better tool.
Thanks!
