Jess is simmilar to CLIPS, but not a copy. It does not support every
function and feature in CLIPS; and it has many functions and features
that CLIPS does not. Read the Jess manual, and don't assume that Jess
supports any functions or features that are not mentioned therein.
loop-for-count is a very simple function which could be implemented as
a Jess extension, so you could write it yourself in Java.
