Sorry to use this user-group for this message but I think there are some
users of FuzzyCLIPS who read these messages and I wanted to get the
message out with as wide distribution as possible.
A new version of FuzzyCLIPS, 6.04B, has been released. It fixes a problem
introduced in after the first release of 6.04A in Oct, 1998 and includes all
updates since the original release of 6.02A. If you downloaded a
copy after mid-December of 1998 it would be wise to download the latest
version or get the latest fix files for version 6.02A.
The new version can be obtained via:

http://ai.iit.nrc.ca/IR_public/fuzzy/fuzzyClips/fuzzyCLIPSIndex.html
and the fix files for 6.02A can be obtained using anonymous ftp at
ai.iit.nrc.ca (directory /pub/fzclips/fixes.604A)
The problem introduced is serious and proper calculation for global
contribution of fuzzy assertions will not take place.
