If $2,000 is reasonable, you can use EZ-Xpert from AI Developers, http://www.ez-
xpert.com/ is their URL.
If that's out of range, I've always liked Slick Edit (about $200) at
http://www.slickedit.com/ who make a tool that you can customize to your
environment. I know that they have some drivers for some rulebase systems as
well as most Java, C/C++ and other languages, but you'll have to check with
them and see if they have drivers for Jess. Even if they don't, you can
probably use it but just won't have the pretty icons.
