A question that I would ask is: do you have a "process" to be used in
acquiring knowledge ?

One recommendation would be to look at KADS. It is not RUP (Rational Unified
Process) nor
like any of the O-O methodologies (Booch, Rumbaugh, Jacobson), but is geared
directly to
inferencing systems. There is a new book available and if anyone is
interested I can post the ISBN.

With respect to Protege 2000, I am currently looking at it in the context of
"intelligent agents" because
it has a Java API for interaction (in addition to it's IDE). So far, it
would appear that it may be integrated
very easily with any Java program.
