Hmmm. Well, I certainly never intended for anyone to do this, but... as far as I can see, nothing bad should happen. The agenda is cleared, all the facts are removed, defglobals are reset, deffacts are reasserted, etc., and the runUntilHalt() thread just keeps sleeping. I suppose this is a perfectly reasonable thing to do in an architecture where Jess is running on a "server" thread being fed by a number of "client" threads.
