Hi Fred,
I managed to run it with no problems. Have you activated the tab from
Project/Configure in Protege?. I think if the jess jar file is in the
plugins directory, then Protege wouldn't start correctly if there is a
problem with jess.
remember to copy the whole jess directory to Protege's plugins directory,
and not just the jess jar file.
