I don't have experience with Prot�g� but it seems very interesting. Buddy Kresge wrote that you can load Jess as a plug-in, but how far and what can you do with Prot�g� when you are using JADE and Jess? I suspect you can't embed them all, but that you have to work with two separate 'environments'.
