Do I recall correctly that FIPA has latched onto DAML as its knowledge 
representation language? I've been doing some work on using Jess to 
process DAML documents, using the RDF triples as axioms/facts. The 
software's been made available here as it's developed:

It's a work in progress, I hope to put up a new version with more 
features (re-serializing to DAML, and more constructs supported) in the 
next day or so.
